RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We strive to provide you with the most exquisite and carefully crafted pieces for your special moments. While we do not accept returns, we are delighted to offer exchanges or store credit to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Exchange Process: If you wish to make an exchange, kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Notify Us: Please send us an email at headpiecesmiami@gmail.com within strictly 3 days after package delivery date, indicating your desire for an exchange. 
  2. Return Shipping: You have 7 days from the delivery date to ship the piece back to us. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  3. Item Condition: The exchanged piece must be in its original, unworn, and perfect condition, just as it was received. Please Note: Headpieces purchased for hair trials will be considered used and are not eligible for exchanges.
  4. Exchange Selection: In your email, please specify the new item you wish to exchange for. You can explore our collection to find the perfect replacement. Exchange for items of equal or higher value only. Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.

Exchange Approval: Once we receive your returned piece and verify its excellent condition, we will promptly process your exchange request.

Please Note:

  • Customized or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchanges.
  • In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will happily assist you in resolving the matter.

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES 

For our international customers, we also provide shipping options at checkout. Please note that international shipping will incur an additional cost, which will be calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that our headpieces are handcrafted with love and attention to detail. As a result, the production process typically takes about 3-4 weeks. Once your headpiece is ready, we will promptly ship it to you using your chosen shipping method.

Processing and Delivery Time:

Our ready-to-ship pieces typically require approximately 2 business days for processing before they are dispatched. Once shipped, you can expect your order to be delivered within approximately 4 business days.

Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and any festive dates. We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure your order reaches you promptly.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for any lost or missing packages during transit. In the event that your package goes missing or encounters any delivery issues, we advise you to directly contact the shipping service for assistance.

For added security and peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting the "Signature Required" option at checkout.

By choosing this option, the shipping service will require a signature upon delivery, ensuring the safe receipt of your package.
