Exchange Process: If you wish to make an exchange, kindly follow these simple steps:
- Notify Us: Please send us an email at headpiecesmiami@gmail.com within strictly 3 days after package delivery date, indicating your desire for an exchange.
- Return Shipping: You have 7 days from the delivery date to ship the piece back to us. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Item Condition: The exchanged piece must be in its original, unworn, and perfect condition, just as it was received. Please Note: Headpieces purchased for hair trials will be considered used and are not eligible for exchanges.
- Exchange Selection: In your email, please specify the new item you wish to exchange for. You can explore our collection to find the perfect replacement. Exchange for items of equal or higher value only. Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.
Exchange Approval: Once we receive your returned piece and verify its excellent condition, we will promptly process your exchange request.

- Customized or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchanges.
- In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will happily assist you in resolving the matter.
